- Driver Fleet Leadership: Directed and coached a network of professional drivers across multiple regions (South Africa, Greece, Romania, Sweden, Norway, Portugal, and others), ensuring compliance with safety, performance, and quality standards.
- Operational Planning & Execution: Designed and optimised driver itineraries for imagery collection, balancing efficiency with project targets while adapting to country-specific regulations and geographic challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Organised video conferences with technicians, coordinated with labor providers, and managed logistics plans for vehicle allocation, seasonal launches, and closures in multiple countries.
- Vehicle & Equipment Management: Arranged repairs and maintenance with car dealerships, ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity across international fleets.
